Beyond that beach-ready glow, Bronzage brise d’été offers all the health benefits of sunless tanning. More than eight years ago, owner Johanne Belec called upon Linkeo to build her website and online presence.
The Customer
The radiant Johanne Belec has wanted to run a tanning salon since she was sixteen years old.
“As a teenager I struggled with acne. A friend suggested I try tanning and it made a huge difference. I love my job because I get to see my clients heal. Tanning can help relieve vitiligo, psoriasis, and eczema. It clears up your skin and even boosts your energy. We don’t always get enough sun in Quebec and the Vitamin D from tanning beds can lift your mood and stave off depression.”
In 2012, Johanne jumped at the opportunity to buy a tanning salon in Pointes-aux-Trembles on the Eastern tip of Montréal. The salon has both upright and reclined tanning beds, as well as devices for the face only. Recently, Johanne acquired a Collagentex machine which uses targeted infrared light to build up lost collagen and reduce pain by up to 75%.
Bronzage brise d’été is a warm and feel-good place that welcomes all walk-in customers whether they’re struggling with arthritis or headed south for vacation. It’s open seven days a week, with Johanne’s staff covering evenings and weekends.

The Challenge
When Johanne opened her business, everyone kept telling her she needed a website.
“I knew that if I wanted to grow my visibility, I needed to get on the Internet.”
